2lbs80/20 or 85/15 ground beef (or six junior pub burgers)

Form hamburger into patties, then season your burgers generously on both sides with garlic salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Meanwhile, heat a 12" cast iron skillet over a medium burner for 2-3 minutes, then add 1 tablespoon butter. Once butter is melted, swirl to coat the entire surface of the pan and then add your patties.
Cook burgers over medium heat for 8-10 minutes per side, depending on thickness and how well done you like them.
Flip and cook 8-10 minutes more or until cooked through. (Note: Pub burgers are thick, so if you are using thinner patties adjust your cooking time accordingly.)
Top entire burger with sliced mozzarella and arrange pepperoni and olives on top of cheese in a Pokéball design, then cook for another couple of minutes until cheese is melted.
(Careful not to overcook, since the cheese and toppings will start sliding off and you'll lose your pretty Pokéball pattern.) Serve!
Notes
You can top yours with pizza sauce or spaghetti sauce if you want to enhance the whole pizza aspect, or with regular burger toppings, whatever floats your Poké-boat. ;)
