Instructions
Combine all ingredients and stir.
Prepare rice according to package.
Saute your chicken or beef and add vegetables once the meat is almost cooked through. (I used chicken and thinly sliced red & yellow peppers, along with a small onion.)
Once the chicken or beef & vegetables are sauteed, pour stir fry sauce mixture into the pan and reduce a bit.
Spoon chicken, vegetables, & stir fry sauce over rice, & enjoy your quick weeknight dinner!
