Five Ingredient Bacon Wrapped Chicken Cheddar Pinwheels
This five ingredient bacon wrapped chicken cheddar pinwheels recipe is both keto and gluten free, and makes for a quick 30 minute weeknight dinner option when paired with a green veggie.
Top each chicken tender with half a piece of bacon, then roll each up into a pinwheel shape and place these evenly on a rimmed baking sheet.
Season the chicken pinwheels with garlic powder and smoked paprika, to taste. Top each with ¼ of a slice of cheddar.
Bake the cheddar-topped chicken pinwheels at 425 degrees for 20 minutes.
Notes
This recipe makes about 12 pinwheels. If any of your tenders is disproportionately large, cut it in half lengthwise before topping with bacon. Note also that the bacon will not get crispy when cooked this way, but that it should be cooked through.
