Ingredients

little potatoes
halved (cut any large ones in thirds or quarters)

water

shredded Parmesan

everything bagel seasoning

Instructions
Cut up your potatoes and place them in your Instant Pot. Add 2 cups of water.
Cook the potatoes on manual high pressure for three minutes, then quick release.
Remove potatoes from the pot with a slotted spoon to a separate bowl. Add Parmesan, butter, and everything but the bagel seasoning, then toss to coat.
Serve hot, garnished with optional chopped green onion if desired.
Notes
Total cooking time includes the time it takes for the pot to come to pressure.
