large ripe avocados
7.5
oz
jar of marinated artichoke hearts
well drained and chopped
One large garlic clove
chopped (or about 1 teaspoon minced)
Juice from ¼ of a small lime
1-2
small tomatoes
chopped
One small wedge of onion
chopped
Crushed red pepper
to taste

Instructions
Cut your avocados and scoop the flesh into a large bowl.
Mash, then stir in all other ingredients.
Serve with tortilla chips! (Or, you know, just a spoon...)
