What’s for dinner at your house tonight? Here, by popular demand, we had low carb mozzarella meatballs made with the last batch of cheap pub burgers from Jewel and the end of a big pack of string cheese from Costco. Yesterday we finished off the last of the homemade chicken soup… but now I’m not sure what to make tomorrow. I’m thinking maybe something in this Instant Pot, so if anyone has a tried-and-true electric pressure cooker recipe they love, please tell me about it!

I'm making a long time family fave, Turkey Burgers with special sauce. These have soy, ginger, orange juice...super flavorful, not dry. I triple the recipe and freeze the raw mixture in one-pound quantities.

I haven't made this, but it's a recipe I would want to try if I got a pressure cooker: https://www.ming.com/food-and-wine/recipes/simply-ming-season-13/red-roast-pork-shoulder.htm

I've been thinking about making some kind of kale and sausage soup, now that the nights are cooler. This one looks good to me, because I love the addition of potatoes, and I got free bacon at Ultra this weekend. :) http://www.tastesoflizzyt.com/paleo-zuppa-toscana/

Roast one of the Perdue chickens in oven with poultry seasoning, salt, pepper, 4 chicken bolliun Cubs, and about inch of water. Cook at 325 for 3 hours. So yummy and so easy.
