Let’s start out with sweets for the sweet this week… such as these Bake Shop cookies ‘n cream mini cupcakes for $3.89. They also have Bake Shop pineapple coconut or cinnamon bun mini muffins available, at $2.89. (These were both at an endcap by the registers at my store.)

Over in the freezer section you’ll find Sundae Shoppe rose cones at $3.99, as well as Oreo dessert bars for $5.29.

Remember Dunkaroos? Well, they’re ba-ack, but at a crazy $1.79 apiece these days. That’s a little much for a single serve dessert snack.

My high school kid used to be a big fan of those Moo Tubes, and the everyday price here is about the price of Go-Gurt when it goes on sale… so go-for it if your kids like yogurt tubes.

The pollock is a great price, working out to just $4.00 a pound — use yours in any recipe calling for a firm white fish, such as in these fish & asparagus packets or in these easy spice rubbed fish tacos.

And then, these smoothie blends. High School Guy has been making smoothies non-stop this summer, but alas wouldn’t touch these — because they both contain pineapple, and he does not “do” pineapple.
