My daughter and husband doesn’t like Greek yogurt. Is there something you suggest to substitute it for? I like all your recipes this week and want to shop at Aldi and try them all!! Thanks for any suggestions!!

Well in some of the recipes it's easy -- like, on the gyros, they can just leave off the sauce or substitute a pre-made tzatziki sauce (and you can also leave it off the pork chops & zucchini), and on the Mediterranean salad they can just substitute a different dressing of choice. As far as with the linguine, it creates the sauce -- But, I'll say that it doesn't taste like eating plain Greek yogurt, so even if they don't like that, they might like it as a sauce ingredient.
