Welcome to your free ALDI meal plan for the week of 1/29/23! This week, we’re making everything from an easy three bean & lentil chili, to delicious naan pizza, to simple sheet pan dinners.

As always, these weekly ALDI menu plans bring you all the recipes you need (complete with shopping list!) to cook up six complete dinners for four, $70 out the door. Bring your family together around home-cooked meals, and save time & money in the process.

ALDI Meal Planning week of 1/29/23 – 2/4/23
Pick up everything on the shopping list below, then start cooking on Sunday. As always, six complete dinners for four, $70 out the door.

- I’m assuming that you have on hand some pantry basics like cooking oil, condiments, and spices. Read through the recipes before you shop, to make sure that you have the necessary pantry staples on hand for this week’s ALDI menu plan. *** The printable shopping list includes a separate section of needed basics for the week.
Six easy dinners from ALDI for $70
ALDI Meal Plan — start cooking 1/29/23
Sunday
- Vegetarian three bean & lentil chili (use the orange or yellow bell pepper so that the red one is left to be prettier in Thursday’s recipe, if you like)
- Note: the budget didn’t allow for any shredded cheese and/or green onions to top the chili this week, but I highly recommend adding some if you have wiggle room in yours, or have these on hand.
- Serve with the hint of lime tortilla chips
Monday
- Rosemary chicken & white bean soup
- Toast up the English muffins
Tuesday
- Sheet pan tilapia dinner (roughly chop larger potatoes instead of using baby)
- Cups of leftover soup from Monday
Wednesday
- Sheet pan rosemary chicken drumsticks
- Cups of leftover chili from Sunday
Thursday
- Sausage, peppers, & onions naan pizza
- Roasted veggies — roughly chop potatoes, broccoli, and the remaining bell pepper. Toss these in olive oil, seasoned salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning to taste. Start these in the oven while you’re getting the pizzas together; roast on a rimmed baking sheet for 30-40 minutes at 400 degrees or until potatoes are softened, stirring halfway through.
Friday
- Rustic mushroom lentil soup
- Garden salad with easy homemade salad dressing. Chop up the rest of the artichokes and add them to your salad, as well as some chopped carrots and celery.
Saturday
- Leftovers, family pizza night (ALDI sells nice big take-and-bake deli pizzas), carryout, mix it up!

A couple of notes
- I try not to repeat main dish recipes more often than once a month, but you will see favorite easy recipes again in these weekly ALDI meal plans as the same meats and produce items come up again on sale. Part of the fun of meal planning lies in mixing old stand-bys with something new each week.
- If one or more of these recipes isn’t to your taste, or if you have other ingredients to use up, adapt the recipes in this ALDI meal plan to your family’s preferences.
