Five (OK, SIX this week)… fave ALDI Finds and deals for the week of 9/6/23 (9/3/23 in Sunday markets)! From cheap chicken drumsticks to cast iron skillets, there’s something for everyone here.
Welcome back to a whole new week of ALDI shopping, and here are my top five, I mean, top six ALDI Finds and deals from the ad starting 9/6/23 — or 9/3/23, in Sunday ad markets. What are you looking forward to picking up?
Five Fave ALDI Finds & deals, 9/6/23
Ooh! It’s cast iron week at ALDI, and a basic cast iron skillet & Dutch oven are staples of any well-stocked kitchen. My own cast iron skillet is actually from ALDI, and it holds up nicely… as long as I treat it nicely and remember to season it. 🙂 Options this week include:
- Crofton 6 quart cast iron Dutch oven, $29.99 — this one is porcelain enameled, and comes in white or light blue
- Crofton 10″ cast iron grill pan or 12″ fry pan, $16.99 (also porcelain enameled, in white or light blue)
- Crofton 10″ cast iron skillet, $9.99
These are decent prices, so worth checking out.
Are you a fan of fall flavored coffees? If so, this is definitely your week. 12 oz bags of Barissimo ground caramel or apple crisp flavored coffee will run you just $3.95, or you can pick up an 18 ct box of Barissimo caramel macchiato or caramel apple coffee cups for $5.99 (about $.33 per cup).
I may be the only one who doesn’t like this stuff, because every time Clancy’s roasted sweet corn popcorn appears on the shelf at ALDI, I see people raving about it. If you are a fan, 6 oz bags are listed at $2.49 in their latest ad.
Next up, a great Find for fall recipes. You’ll pay $2.69 for each 16 oz box of frozen Bremer potato & onion pierogies this week, and here are two fantastic ways to cook them up other than your basic boiling or pan frying:
