Welcome back to Caturday with the Notorious BKL and Friends: Selfie Cat Edition. Seriously, sometimes I think I have more pictures of these cats than of the kids — but then again, the cats never object when I take their photos.
But then, who among us cannot appreciate the irony of the rather large Mr. Jeremy in the Little Potato box? I guess that technically it’s not a selfie, but then again, cats don’t have opposable thumbs. Or iPhones. Although they probably think in their secret little hearts of cat hearts that they deserve both, right?
Middle School Guy really liked the idea of these pet carrier totes, so I waited for them go go on clearance over at ALDI recently so that I could scoop one up for him. Bad Kitty Lucy, however, is less than sold. I think this might be an easier way to carry her over to the vet next time, though. We shall have to see!
This is more the sort of selfie BKL prefers, though. Highlighting her beautiful eyes, strictly in terms of her fixed and angry stare.

What have you been up to this week? As BKL is forlornly watching the rain — these crazy storms and weather swings in Chicago here may be getting here down, but with only two weeks of school left til summer, everyone else is quite happy, if slightly stir crazy.
