Caturday with the Notorious BKL (and Gnocchi!)

Welcome back to Caturday with the Notorious BKL (and her little pal Gnocchi!). When last we checked in with our mighty duo, Bad Kitty Lucy was discovering her latent mothering skills and busy teaching the tiny BKG how to cat-wrestle, making her submit to endless baths, and encouraging her to emulate her bossy badness in every way.

This week: Apparently Gnocchi is still dirty, as the daily forced bathing sessions continue. They’ve become the best of pals… but older cat Jeremy just keeps coming up, sniffing them both, and then walking away once he determines yes, they’re both still here. (Jeremy spends most of his time hanging out with High School Guy, so is going to be in shock after he leaves for IMSA…)

But seriously: I was pretty worried that BKL, as queen of her domain, wouldn’t take kindly to a newcomer — but the new love affair they have going on now is pretty darn adorable…

… as is Gnocchi herself, lol.

So if you have the chance to experience life with a kitten, I highly recommend it… she’s just as much trouble as her older sister/foster Mom, but we wouldn’t trade her for the world. 🙂
