Caturday with the Notorious BKL and Friends: B is for Beautiful Edition

Welcome back to Caturday with the Notorious BKL and Friends! You know how the “B” in BKL stands for Bad Kitty Lucy? Well, in this week’s Caturday, “B” instead stands for “beautiful” — because all three cats were being extra-photogenic this week. Sometimes, when they look at you with their alien eyes, you’re reminded that they’re truly related to the big wild cats…

Their big cat predator instincts do allow them to vanquish their prey easily, as a sun-dappled Bad Kitten Gnocchi demonstrates here with this super threatening paper spider. Thankfully, she kept us all safe.

Although the Bad & the Beautiful Kitty Lucy here just might be displaying some distant Elven ancestry through her glowing pointy ears…? She does spend quite a bit of time soaking up sunbeams, so perhaps she’s solar-powered.

But, she’ll always forget her Elven dignity just long enough to revel in the affections of Mr. 10.

And as for Jeremy? He has no dignity to begin with!

That’s about it for this week’s Caturday, so Jeremy will be the one to bid you adieu. While the other two are most definitely “B is for Bad” kitties, as for Jeremy here, we affectionately refer to him as Mr. Galoot. He really is, too; out of the three of them, he’d be least likely to make it in the wild! (We figure that Mr. 10 and BKL will be most likely to thrive in the zombie apocalypse, while High School Guy and I would go down pretty much immediately along with Mr. Galoot Jeremy.)
