Although Windstone Farms itself has been family owned and operated for 35 years (their peanut butter is entirely made from U.S. grown-and-harvested peanuts!), these handy boxes of Windstone Farms Peanut Butter Packets are now new over at Walmart. Even better, right now you can earn 50 cents back while supplies last on Ibotta.
I recently picked up a box of Windstone Farms Peanut Butter Packets at my local Walmart, and thought it would be fun to mash up their newer convenience with a tried-and-true classic snack. So, here’s one easy-peasy, three ingredient recipe that even the littlest kids can assemble themselves as an after-school snack.
After School Ants on a Log, Made Easy
Ingredients
1 Windstone Farms Peanut Butter Packet
1 snack size box of raisins
3 cut up celery sticks
Directions
- Squeeze peanut butter from the packet into each piece of celery.
- Top each with raisins, to taste.
- Enjoy!
Why easy ants on a log rock
It’s so much easier for little hands to manage these convenient 1.15 oz squeezable packets than to try to spread peanut butter from a jar into celery sticks with a knife! It’s also super easy to package all of the ingredients for this snack together into a little kit, for simple, portion controlled, grab-and-go assembly.
Kids love having power over their own snack time, and Windstone Farms Peanut Butter Packets help make after-school snacking easy and convenient. Protein, veggies, and a pop of sweetness are the perfect combination here.
Try out Windstone Farms Peanut Butter Packets for yourself
This was darn tasty peanut butter! Middle School Guy and his friend each quickly demolished a set of “ants on a log” the other day, and I couldn’t resist trying a piece myself. The rest of these portable packets actually came along with me and the kids on a road trip last weekend to a Wisconsin water park — they were perfect for travel and for snacking on in the car.
Look for Windstone Farms Peanut Butter Packets in the peanut butter aisle at your local Walmart, or pick yours up through Walmart online grocery. And if you’re the sort of person who prefers to try before you buy, watch for a demo at a Walmart near you on August 8-10, 2019.
After you buy yours, also be sure to earn 50 cents back while supplies last on Ibotta.
