ALDI Finds for the week of 6/29/22 include everything brioche buns, bagel chips, lovely plants, backyard pools, and BBQ spice rubs. Check them out below, and let me know what you want to Find this week.
Look at these nice-sized & healthy 6″ foliage plants at ALDI this week — $8.99 apiece. Bring a little green into your home and improve your indoor air quality with these; I’ve generally had great luck with ALDI plants.
Then for your outdoor plants, look for Gardenline 6-in-1 tools, pruner sets, or micro pruner sets at $7.99 each. I picked up this set of micro pruners last year and wrote about them here — they are super handy for deadheading flowers and more. Other useful patio and garden Finds this week include:
- Belavi 30″ outdoor fire pit, $79.99
- Belavi Edison bulb or mosaic string lights, $14.99
- Belavi 20″ planter, $24.99
- Belavi 80 gallon deck box, $59.99
- Belavi pergola, $289.99
- Belavi wooden raised planter, $54.99
- Gardenline insect killer with LED light, $12.99
- Gardenline 2-in-1 portable zapper & accent light, $14.99
- Gardenline 3-in-1 portable zapper with light, $14.99
- Keter easy go bucket, $29.99
Note that both advertised and unadvertised ALDI prices can vary by store and by region. Now, let’s run down the rest of the top ALDI Finds for the week of 6/29/22. (You may also Find some on 6/26/22 in Sunday ad markets, or if your store tends to put products out early.)
Top ALDI Finds of the week
Fans of egglife wraps can look for southwest style wraps this week, now at $4.75 a pack.
And low carb folks should also check out these Tuscan Garden plantain croutons, $1.89 per 5 oz package. In addition to these lower carb Finds, let’s now talk about thirteen more top food Finds (plus a few desserts), as well as thirty-five more non-Food Finds (plus kitchen items), all for the week of 6/29/22.
Top 13 food Finds this week
Here are thirteen top food Finds, and then we’ll talk separately about desserts. Because desserts… 😉
- Specially Selected everything brioche buns, $2.99
- 16 oz Fremont Fish Market colossal easy peel raw shrimp, $9.99
- Half Baked Lake Monster pizza, $7.99
- Season’s Choice harvest grain bowls (Southwest or Italian), $2.99
- 36 oz Tyson thin-sliced chicken breast, $6.49
- 56 oz Yummy panko chicken nuggets, $9.99
- Cretors cheese & caramel mix popcorn, $3.28
- Clancy’s roasted garlic or sea salt bagel chips, $1.99

- Olive Garden dressing, $3.78
- Specially Selected premium rub, $3.49
- Great Gherkins garden pickles, $2.99
- Fresh sweet bourbon Atlantic salmon on a cedar plank, $9.99/lb
Man, that Olive Garden dressing is good — but it keeps getting more expensive every time it reappears.
Speaking of good yet expensive, how about this Cretor’s cheese & caramel popcorn mix? (Be sure to shake up the bag, because the heavier caramel pieces tend to settle to the bottom.)
The everything brioche buns are delicious, and might make a nice change for your 4th of July burgers or sandwiches.
As for the bagel chips? Those are just crunchy yummy tasty..
Decadent desserts
ALDI is also stocking a few different dessert options for your 4th of July celebration this week, including:
- Bake Shop chocolate chip cookie sandwiches, $4.79
- Belmont strawberry or key lime whipped cheesecake, $5.49
- Budget Saver cherry pineapple monster pops, $2.57
- Sundae Shoppe sherbet quart, $2.69
- Oreo ice cream cake, $10.39
- Sundae Shoppe unicorn, galactic, or mermaid cones, $3.99
- The Village Pie Maker cherry or peach premium fruit pie, $12.97
- Specially Selected multilayer gelato, $3.99
The gelato looks like a dupe for the layered Talenti ones, and, people do rave about those Village Pie Maker pies.
New regular buys?
Let’s mention a couple of items that seem to be new regular buys, because both will be useful! First up: Pizza dough had disappeared from my ALDI stores forever, but is now back in the refrigerated section for $1.39.
And, the Dakota’s Pride lentils and green split peas that have been an irregular special buy are now stocked on the regular shelves at $1.29 per 16 oz bag. These are over by the tortillas at my stores.
Find some great lentil recipes from me and other ALDI shoppers in our ALDI fan Facebook group, here!

The lumbar support cushion is pretty good, if you’re in need of one.
Kitchen items this week
These Crofton mini wooden serving sets are back at $5.99 apiece. (Mine from Christmas clearance isn’t holding up great, tbh — it scratches and cracks easily.)

Thank you for posting the weekly menus. Since there are only two of us, I can't follow. I do get lots of ideas and cut down some menus so that I am able to use them. Thanks again!

So glad you enjoy them! Sometimes smaller families do just that, or use the leftovers for lunches or dinner the next day. :)
